DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

WE SHIP WORLWIDE 

Free Express shipping on orders over 250€

PROCESSING TIME 

After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow a processing time of 1-2 business days for express orders and 3-5 business days flat rate shipping orders to be shipped. 

Please allow up to 14 business days during holidays and sale events.

SHIPPING FEE

Be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Abakwaa does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” or incomplete address. 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Abakwaa does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of them are out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. 

SHIPPING RATES 

Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. 

CUSTOM CHARGES 

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Abakwaa has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility 

Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes, shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to your government. 

ITEM NOT DELIVERED? 

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 3-5 days because packages may be delayed. 

If after contacting the shipping company, you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at service@abakwaa.com we will be happy to assist you. 

Return Policy 

Abakwaa orders can only be returned for a store credit. 

Only approved returns will be processed for a store credit. 

Please read the return policy below before requesting a return. 

Email us via our Email service@abakwaa.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). Your return ID will be provided and return instructions will be emailed to you. 

RETURNS 

Our policy lasts up till 30 days after your delivery date. After 30 days of your purchase, we won’t be able to approve a return request. 

In order to receive a store credit, Items must be received at the return address within 30 days of delivery date. 

Please kindly pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. 

All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. 

SHIPPING 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order. 

Order/ return processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays. 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT 

We can’t ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges. 

We will issue you a store credit once we have received your return, please allow 7 business days to process your return and issue the store credit. 

If it has been 7 business days and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact at service@abakwaa.com with your order number, return request ID and return tracking number. 

The store credit never expires!! 

CLEARANCE ITEMS 

We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you. 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If you receive a defective, damaged or an incorrect item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at service@akabwaa.com 

CANCELLATION 

Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. 

We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. 

EDITING AN ORDER 

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you check out, we may not be able to edit the order before it ships out. 

Also make sure to add the correct items in the correct sizes plus any coupon codes you may have before placing your order. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS 

Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately, we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
